I tried out ChatGPT Images 2.5 in Comfy UI. I ran the same prompt 5 times on the model called Sunburst, grok says it's better than flare. There are 5 quality levels: Low, Medium, High, xHigh and Max. 
Costs in credits: 3.4, 7.8, 30, 53, 120. Credits costs roughly 21 credits for 10 cents, so a few pennies for low and about .57 cents for max.

Mod 1960's bar, very hip. Close up view of a Lava Lamp, view of the jukebox in the background, dimly lit, no people. Crisp and clean, no depth of field blur. Checkered white and black til floor.
